License Limitations and Restrictions
Product License Restrictions: Our licenses are not applicable for items sold above £2000 (approximately $2400) each. This restriction applies to high-value items such as vehicles, high-end electronics, and more. Should you wish to use our designs for such purposes, please reach out to us directly.
Prohibited Actions:
- Using our car designs or any other design to manufacture and sell vehicles or similar high-value items.
Promotional License Restrictions: Our imagery cannot be used in films, television, or any cinematic productions under the terms of our standard licenses. Interested parties should contact us directly for specific arrangements in the film industry.
General Prohibitions:
- Reselling, leasing, sub-leasing, or transferring rights of the image itself is strictly prohibited under our licenses.
- Creating non-fungible tokens (NFTs) with our images is not allowed, although exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis upon direct agreement.
- Our licenses are non-exclusive; copyright remains with us unless a separate agreement for outright purchase is made.
- Using our images for illegal or immoral activities is forbidden.
